Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

Exchanges are available to Australian customers only. International customers can return their item for a refund and repurchase the style or size they'd like.

To start a return or exchange, log in via the chat icon in the lower corner of our website, select your order, and choose the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will be in touch with your return authorization and next steps. A flat $12 return label fee applies, and if you choose to exchange, we'll ship your replacement item back to you at no additional cost.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving your returned item.
