Starting a return is simple.

Just head to the chat icon in the lower corner of our site, log into your account, and select the order and item(s) you'd like to return.

From there, we'll take care of the rest - our team will be in touch shortly with your return authorisation and everything you need to send it back. A flat $12 return label fee applies.

For Australian customers, if you prefer to exchange, we will ship your replacement item back to you at no additional cost.
