Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we're here to help.
Returns are accepted on full-price items only, at the customer's cost, and must be sent to our Melbourne warehouse. To qualify:
- Lodge your return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Final Sale items cannot be returned. Exchanges are available to Australian customers only - international customers should return the item for a refund and purchase the alternate item they would like.
How to Return
- Contact our Customer Care team to receive an RA number.
- Package your item(s) in original packaging, unworn and with tags attached.
- Attach the returns label provided by our team to your parcel.
- Allow up to 7 business days from delivery to our warehouse for processing.
Domestic (Australia) returns: $12.00 flat fee. International return fees are listed in the shipping table above.
Returns received for Final Sale items will not be refunded or exchanged - you'll be contacted to arrange reshipment at your own cost.

Available to Australian customers only.
Want a different size or style? You cover the cost of sending your original item back to us - and we'll cover the cost of shipping your exchange back to you, free of charge.
To be eligible, your item must meet the same conditions as our Returns Policy:
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Full-price only - Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange
How to Exchange
- Contact our Customer Care team to request an exchange and receive your RA number.
- Package your item in its original packaging, unworn and with tags attached.
- Attach the provided returns label and send it to our Melbourne warehouse.
- Once received and processed (up to 7 business days), we'll ship your new size or style back to you at no cost.
International customers: exchanges aren't available outside Australia. Please return your item for a refund and repurchase the style or size you'd like.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, let us know as soon as possible.
