Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we're here to help.

Returns are accepted on full-price items only, at the customer's cost, and must be sent to our Melbourne warehouse. To qualify:

  1. Lodge your return within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  3. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Final Sale items cannot be returned. Exchanges are available to Australian customers only - international customers should return the item for a refund and purchase the alternate item they would like.

How to Return

  1. Contact our Customer Care team to receive an RA number.
  2. Package your item(s) in original packaging, unworn and with tags attached.
  3. Attach the returns label provided by our team to your parcel.
  4. Allow up to 7 business days from delivery to our warehouse for processing.

Domestic (Australia) returns: $12.00 flat fee. International return fees are listed in the shipping table above.

Returns received for Final Sale items will not be refunded or exchanged - you'll be contacted to arrange reshipment at your own cost.

Exchanges

Available to Australian customers only.

Want a different size or style? You cover the cost of sending your original item back to us - and we'll cover the cost of shipping your exchange back to you, free of charge.

To be eligible, your item must meet the same conditions as our Returns Policy:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Full-price only - Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange

How to Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Care team to request an exchange and receive your RA number.
  2. Package your item in its original packaging, unworn and with tags attached.
  3. Attach the provided returns label and send it to our Melbourne warehouse.
  4. Once received and processed (up to 7 business days), we'll ship your new size or style back to you at no cost.

International customers: exchanges aren't available outside Australia. Please return your item for a refund and repurchase the style or size you'd like.
